Consultation
PACT can offer consultation on program structure and development or case work supervision. The team have considerable experience in both areas.
In particular we offer structured case management and risk assessment involving coming to your offices and working through cases with your team either as a one off or a regular ongoing exercise. We have done so in varied settings from social services, to specialist violence prevention programmes to probation services.
We can also help to develop policy, procedures materials and related training for your agency's responses to domestic violence. We have experience of undertaking this kind of work in a broad range of settings from small charities to RAF bases. For example we developed policy to guide responses to domestic violence at HMP Holloway and trained the prison staff to implement this strategy.
We have designed and undertaken surveys of the effectiveness of a number of intervention projects, evaluating the extent to which the project's work impacts on victim safety, as well as whether working arrangements with other agencies have enhanced a coordinated response to domestic violence.
